Trouble Shooting Guide

The first step when setting up your Ingenico device is to run a status check. If you don’t receive a response, the issue is most likely due to one of the following causes.

  1. Incorrect IP address
  2. The device is not connected to the network
  3. The certificate has not been installed

Open your browser's developer tools to view the messages in the javascript console.
